Le Cep Enchanté - Wine theme park
Tout commence en 2002, sur un domaine viticole en plein cœur de la Charente-Maritime. Les visiteurs affluent, curieux de découvrir les secrets du métier de vigneron. Fascinés par l’univers du vin et du cognac, ils posent mille et une questions : à partir de quoi est fait le cognac ? comment fonctionne la distillation ? qu’est ce que l’assemblage ? révélant une soif de connaissance intarissable. Face à cet engouement, une idée germe :
Why not take advantage of the natural Charentais landscape, the ocean of vines that borders the property?
Thus was born the project for a wine theme park. With our children Arthur and Antoine, it would take us two whole years to conceptualize, concretize and build the wine theme park called ”The playful vine“. With the help of a scriptwriter and the input of top show business professionals, Le Cep Enchanté was born!
On July 19, 2004, the park finally opened its doors. From the outset, the park's immersive, playful approach has won it over. Visitors don't just observe: they experience a real adventure at the heart of the wine world, guided by familiar voices - our own - who take you through the various stages of discovery of the Cognac vineyards and their production processes.
Constant expansion for an ever richer experience
The success of Le Cep Enchanté was not long in coming. Buoyed by this success, the park quickly decided to expand its offering to include new experiences and attract an even more varied public.
